My name is Sarah, a yoga teacher and sound bath facilitator based in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Yoga and Sound has been the building block for my relationship with myself, in these practices bloomed a deeper understanding on the power I have to change the narrative of my life. From being dictated how my life is supposed to go to creating changes to align my values to my life’s purpose.

I strive to empower each one of you to take a pause and look within.
